Juggling Club
The Indianapolis Rangers FC Juggling
Club is a program designed to promote confidence on the ball for all
players regardless of their age. The art of juggling teaches the
very important skill of touch through repetition. The Juggling Club
strives to encourage players to work individually with the ball on
their own time developing an independent juggling style. Juggling
also helps to improve basic core strength and balance. With time,
dedication and practice, players will achieve goals never thought
possible.
Players will be rewarded when each
level of achievement has been made. Each player must demonstrate
their skill to their IRFC coach or an IRFC staff member. The
Indianapolis Rangers FC Juggling Club will officially begin February
1, 2009. All results will be reported on the 15th of
every month. All players reaching new milestones will be posted on
the Indianapolis Rangers web-site.
The only rules are: NO BOUNCES.

March -Thigh Only
April- Head Only
May-Right Foot, Right Thigh
Combination, or Left Foot, Left Thigh
June-Alternating Foot and Thigh

July-Around the World #1
(Right Foot,
Right Thigh, Head, Left Thigh, Left Foot, around once = 1 and so on)
August-Around the World #2
(Right Foot, Right Thigh, Right
Shoulder, Head, Left Shoulder, Left Thigh, Left Foot =1 and so on)
September-Sitting Juggling with Feet
October-Sitting Juggling with Head
November-Sitting Juggling to
Standing Juggling
(3 juggles on floor, 4th
touch straight up, jump up and collect ball with feet 4 juggles and
sit back down juggling)
